Our brittles use simple pure natural premium ingredients like lightly salted sweet cream butter and quality nuts but it's not just what we put into our brittle that makes it great! We tray up each batch quickly to ensure that each piece of brittle maintains maximum aeration. Then as soon as it's cool enough to touch but hasn't set up, we hand stretch each tray. This process produces thin crisp brittle, that you just can't get from a machine. Like everything at Catoctin Popcorn Company our process may be harder, and we don't make as much brittle as the big guy's but what we make is special. You're gonna love this, we know it!
