We’re here for you. Our forms are easy and straight-forward. Simply transfer your totals from the individual participant forms to the Master and administration becomes much easier. Want more help? How about we train you on our Fundraiser Accounting System? It’s simple, yet effective! No more adding up columns and numbers. Let our custom built spreadsheet do it for you. It will summarize how much you sold, and how much you made by participant. It even prints out a report by participant of who owes how much! Delivery dilemma?
Please let us assist you. If you are within 50 miles of Frederick, Maryland and have a fundraising order of over $1,500 we’ll deliver the fundraising products to you free of charge, or you can pick your fundraiser up at our factory. Further than 50 miles? Well let’s talk about it! We are a UPS Worldship partner and can get our products to you economically anywhere in the lower 48. (If shipping is required, your organization will need to cover this cost out of its proceeds.)

No Refrigerator? No Problem!
It’s delivery day and all the wonderful fundraising products your organization has sold were just delivered to you. It’s unlikely that everyone will pick up all their products on time. With some fundraising programs this can create refrigeration problems as you try to store product for future pick up. Catoctin Popcorn Company fundraising products do not require refrigeration. Keep these great popcorn products in an area that is less than 80 degrees and out of direct sunlight and you’re good to go!
