Cinnamon Roasted Nuts

Our cinnamon roasted nuts are hand crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality of gourmet nuts.  Roasted slowly in a copper kettle we combine nuts, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla by hand.  Small batches mean that every step is micro managed to insure quality and consistency.  We don’t coat and bake our nut’s, these are authentically slow roasted in the German tradition.  We have been getting rave reviews for our nuts for years and it is with pride that we present them here to you.

When preparing our cinnamon roasted almonds we use only 23/25 count California nonpareil almonds.  The smooth kernel and paper thin outer skin provide a wonderful skin for the sugar and cinnamon to adhere to.

An attractive appearance with a lovely almond shape and distinct taste make these almonds a wonderful idea for gifts or snacks.

Our cinnamon roasted cashews are 240 count full cashews.  We never use butts or pieces of cashews in our preparation process.  The cashews are not easily roasted in the Bavarian style.  It takes skill, attention to detail and timing when roasting cashews.  With care and attention though, these cashews transform into a favorite treat. Distinctively gourmet the cinnamon roasted cashews are a classic.

When making our cinnamon roasted pecans we use only fancy mammoth pecans available.  The premium in quality and largest in size, starting with the finest pecans insures that our cinnamon roasted pecans are the best possible pecans for our customers.  The slow roasting process provides a crunchy coating of cinnamon and sugar and the vanilla adds those mellow notes that make cinnamon roasted pecans a favorite.

We use extra large blanched peanuts when making our cinnamon roasted peanuts.   The smooth skin of the peanut provides a challenging canvas for our artisans to work.  But with patience and expertise we tease the great taste of cinnamon onto these large nuts.  The distinctive taste of peanuts and cinnamon are sure to please.
